I am attempting to set up a livebinder. The tech department at our school has been raving how great this tool is for storage and students to access. However, I am very frustrated. I have many many files and I can not figure out how to upload more than one file at a time. If I am not able to do so this project will take me months of time I do not have. In addition to that I also have many smartnotebook files as I use a smartboard in my classroom. Will the program also support smartnotebook files?
I’m afraid files must be uploaded one at a time right now. We did not realize that you would want to upload files in bulk, so we will add that to our enhancement requests.
But the upload interface does let you add files to new tabs, so even though you are doing them one at a time, you can just say, “Add to new tab” or “Add to new subtab” so that you can stay on the same menu.
Yes, we do support smartboad file uploads.
I love LiveBinders, however I’m having problems so my kids can access it at school, Can somebody help me to do this? I want my kids to see it and work on it.

I am new to LiveBinder and really like the interface, user friendliness, and it’s been embraced quite positively in our committee work. I am interested in using the Comment feature in LiveBinder as a collaborative discussion tool to enhance the binder. The comment feature is certainly straightforward to use currently, but wondered if the comments will trigger an email notification to the author and/or collaborators that a new comment has been posted?

I really like the pages in binders where you click on a tab and it opens a new window that can have tabs and sub-tabs right on the same page. I have wanted to do that so there is more than two levels of tabs on the same page but have not been able to figure it out! Help!!!! Thank you so much.

Today we only have two levels of tabs, but this is one of our most requested features and is high on our list of things to do!
One work-around today is to use multiple binders and organize them on shelves. Here is a little more on how shelves work: http://www.livebinders.com/help#create-shelf
